  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry (defrosted)
  • ¾ lb pulled beef
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
  2. Unfold the defrosted puff pastry on a clean surface and cut it into 9 squares per sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix pulled beef with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  4. Place the filling in the center of each pastry square and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold corners over the filling and seal tightly, using a fork for added decoration.
  6. Brush each puff with an egg wash made from the beaten egg and water.
  7. Bake on parchment-lined sheets for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
