  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 oz prosciutto
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with the rack set in the middle.
  3. Stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle or a 9×13" rectangle on a lightly floured surface, and place it on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
  4. Top the stretched dough with mozzarella and dollops of ricotta evenly across the surface.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
