- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, baby kale)
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 2–3 tablespoons pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Grill the chicken in the same skillet for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
