Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Unsalted butter

  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and the bouillon base until melted and well mixed.
  4. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline and layer them diagonally in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the infused cream mixture evenly over the potatoes. Cover with greased aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown; broil for 4 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
