  • 2 lb red potatoes
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan
  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • ½¾ tsp sea salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the potatoes: Toss them with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread on one-third of a lined sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Coat the chicken: Mix olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat each chicken piece thoroughly.
  4. Add chicken: Once potatoes are partially cooked, place coated chicken on the sheet pan.
