1½ lb chicken breast
2 lb red potatoes
1 lb fresh green beans
2 Tbsp olive oil
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup grated parmesan
⅓ cup breadcrumbs
½ tsp cracked pepper
½ – ¾ tsp sea salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Prepare the potatoes: Toss them with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread on one-third of a lined sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Coat the chicken: Mix olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat each chicken piece thoroughly.
Add chicken: Once potatoes are partially cooked, place coated chicken on the sheet pan.
Prepare green beans: Toss them with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in another bowl; add them to the pan alongside chicken.
