  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • For the frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, milk as needed

Instructions

  1. Warm milk until lukewarm and sprinkle with yeast; let sit until bubbly.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and eggs with yeast mixture to form a dough.
  3. Knead until smooth, then let rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
  4. Mix crushed Oreos, cinnamon, and brown sugar for filling.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread filling evenly.
  6. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 12 pieces; place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let rolls rise again for about 15-20 minutes.
