- 6 oz. full-fat sour cream
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 7 oz. green olives, drained and sliced
- 6 oz. black olives, drained and sliced
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 8–10 oz. loaf French bread
- Kosher salt

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, softened butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheese and green onions.
- Add sliced olives to the mixture gently.
- Slice French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread the olive cheese mixture evenly on cut sides of the bread.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown, then broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
