  • 6 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • â…“ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin pans with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Warm Nutella in the microwave for about 30 seconds until thinned.
  6. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter and add a dollop of warmed Nutella on top of each; swirl gently with a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool before serving.
