  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (9g)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Truvia sweetener (7g)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (from about one medium lemon)
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (90ml, from about two medium lemons)
  • 6 tablespoons water (90ml)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine protein powder, rolled oats, poppy seeds, and Truvia sweetener.
  2. Add grated lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and water to the dry mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls using your hands. If too crumbly, add more water or lemon juice.
