  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken with herbs
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2.5 cups chicken stock
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 cups fresh spinach leaves (or thawed frozen spinach)
  • 16 oz dry orzo pasta
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can (6 oz) French's crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
  2. In the dish, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken stock, garlic, salt, pepper, and all-purpose seasoning until smooth.
