  • 1½ cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, divided)
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup plain M&Ms

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture for topping, then press the remaining mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt together sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and reserved butter until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the oat base in the baking dish.
  6. Crumble the reserved oat mixture on top and sprinkle with M&Ms.
