  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
  2. In another bowl, combine cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, dill, crumbled feta cheese (if using), and lemon juice. Toss gently.
  3. Spread the yogurt sauce on each wrap. Add a scoop of the chicken mixture to the center and roll tightly.
  4. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
