  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil; sear for about 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
