  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (slightly softened)
  • 34 cups powdered sugar (330440 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and lemon extract; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed.
