  • 1/4 C lemon curd
  • 1 1/4 C all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  3. Stir in salt, baking powder, and lemon zest. Gradually incorporate the lemon curd until combined. Fold in flour until no streaks remain.
