  • 4 small low-carb tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Taco seasoning
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomato)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheese sauce by blending butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream until smooth; melt in a saucepan with shredded cheddar.
