  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 lbs cooked boneless skinless chicken, cubed or shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar-free BBQ sauce, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked chicken until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
