  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2.5 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • Feta cheese & parsley for garnish

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
