  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese on the bottoms followed by chicken, turkey pepperoni, and turkey slices. Replace the tops of the rolls and cut through each sandwich.
  4. In a bowl, mix butter, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Brush this mixture over the slider tops.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  6. While baking, prepare the grinder salad by mixing mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Toss with lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini.
  7. Once sliders are done baking, remove tops gently and add grinder salad inside before serving.
