  • 8 slices turkey slices
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound to a uniform thickness of about ½ inch.
