  • ¼ cup cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Prep all vegetables by chopping broccoli and carrots finely. Dice the onion.

  6. Create a slurry with cornstarch and water; slowly add it to the soup while stirring continuously.
