- 1 Tbsp cooking oil (avocado or grapeseed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 avocado (diced)
- 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
