  • 1 box triple chocolate cake mix
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 1 cup Mallo Bits
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/22 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) vegan marshmallows crème
  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, warm water, and active dry yeast. Mix until combined and knead on a floured surface until smooth.
  2. Transfer dough to an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Brush melted butter over it and sprinkle with Mallo Bits, mini chocolate chips, and cinnamon.
  4. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 1½ inch pieces. Place in a baking dish to rise for another hour while preheating your oven to 350°F.
  5. Bake for around 30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before drizzling with chocolate sauce and melted vegan marshmallow crème.
