  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples (thinly sliced; do not peel)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/3 cup candied walnuts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
