  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté broccoli for 3–4 minutes until tender; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and ground chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5–6 minutes until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the honey-sriracha sauce; stir well and simmer for about 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Gently toss broccoli back into the skillet with the chicken and sauce until well-coated.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
