  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender; remove from skillet.
  3. Add remaining olive oil to the skillet, then add ground chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned (5-6 minutes).
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the prepared sauce, stirring to coat the chicken evenly. Let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return broccoli to the skillet and toss everything together to combine.
