  • 110 g (1/3 cup) honey
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
