  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1.5 Tbsp honey
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the ends off the zucchinis and cut them lengthwise into 1/2-inch pieces. Sprinkle salt on both sides and let them rest for about 20 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
