  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar

  1. Prepare the Pineapple: Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, remove the rind, and slice into 3/4-1-inch thick pieces. Remove the core and place in a zip-top bag.
  2. Make the Marinade: In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the pineapple in the bag and toss to coat. Marinate in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (375-400°F). Grill pineapple for 4-6 minutes per side, brushing with leftover marinade.
