- 4 lobster tails (6–8 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center with kitchen scissors, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull apart the shell.
- In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the exposed lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Grill the lobster tails shell side down for about 5 minutes until they begin to turn opaque.
- Flip them over and baste with reserved garlic butter; grill for another 5 minutes.
- Once cooked through (opaque meat), remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
