  • 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
