- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Add cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until slightly golden.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper; sauté until fragrant.
