  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup whole or 2% milk (warmed)
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Lightly butter the bottom and sides of a 9×13 pan.
  2. Make Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a small pot, add minced garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  3. Mix Dough: In a stand mixing bowl, combine flour, parsley, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warmed milk, egg, and cooled garlic butter. Knead on low speed for about 10-12 minutes until smooth.
  4. Shape Rolls: Cut dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Place in the prepared pan and cover with plastic wrap or towel. Let rise until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
  5. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  6. Bake: Brush risen rolls with beaten egg wash and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
