Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook tortellini according to package instructions (about 3–5 minutes) until they float, then drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in cooked tortellini, then add pepperoncini peppers, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped red onion, turkey bacon, and halved grape tomatoes.
