  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (170 g each)
  • 120 g lump crab meat
  • 120 g cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 60 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  3. Slice pockets into each salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture; secure if necessary.
  5. Sear stuffed fillets in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
