  • 34 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Cook the ground beef (or chicken) until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
  2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic; sauté for an additional 2–3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in coleslaw mix and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage softens.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sugar; stir well and cook for another minute until heated through.
