  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1214 oz pre-cooked chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken sausage slices for 2-3 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
  3. Add broccoli to the skillet; sauté for about 4-5 minutes until bright green. Add a splash of water and cover to steam until tender-crisp.
  4. Cook shrimp on an empty side of the skillet for about 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Return sausage to the skillet, pour the honey garlic sauce over everything, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until well coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
