  • 23 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup salted butter (melted for brushing)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk with yeast to activate.
  2. Add sugar, flour, egg, salt, and softened butter; stir until combined into a shaggy dough.
  3. Knead on a clean surface for about 15 minutes until smooth.
  4. Transfer to an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 90 minutes until doubled.
  5. Punch down the dough; shape it into 12 equal balls.
  6. Place on a lined baking sheet; let rise again for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
