- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)

- 1/4 cup salted butter (melted for brushing)

- In a large bowl, mix warm milk with yeast to activate.
