  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Water chestnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • as needed Cooking spray or oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add one pound of ground chicken and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in grated ginger, minced garlic, sliced green onions, chopped water chestnuts, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Cook until well combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  4. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin cups, then fill each with the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
