  • 2 tsp Earl Grey leaves (finely ground)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine room temperature butter, icing sugar, all-purpose flour, fine sea salt, and finely ground Earl Grey leaves. Pulse until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll each into logs about 1½ to 2 inches in diameter. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
