  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Gently pat the artichoke hearts dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each artichoke heart in olive oil before rolling it in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  5. Arrange the coated artichoke hearts on the prepared baking sheet with space between each piece.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool for five minutes before serving.
