  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk (non-dairy optional)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise and pound to about 1/4 inch thick for even cooking.
