  • 4 bread rolls of choice
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced jalapeño
  • Cabbage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F or your oven.
  2. Set up a dredging station: Place flour mixed with salt and spices in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and crushed cornflakes in the third.
