  • 1 lb fresh skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper each
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes and patting dry.
  2. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko mixed with spices.
