  • 4 Tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon filets dry, then cut them into two-inch cubes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt; set aside one tablespoon of the marinade for later.
  3. Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade and let them sit for about three minutes.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for approximately seven minutes or until crispy and caramelized.
  6. While the salmon cooks, whisk together yogurt, hot sauce, chipotle powder, paprika, and olive oil to create the spicy yogurt sauce.
  7. In serving bowls, layer cooked brown rice, air-fried salmon bites, edamame, and sliced avocado.
  8. Drizzle reserved marinade over the salmon and finish with spicy yogurt sauce.
