  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine milk, eggs, melted butter (cooled), sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour. Blend on low speed for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the batter for at least 30 minutes to relax gluten.
  3. Heat an 8-inch non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease it.
