  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cut into thin strips

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced

  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pepperoncini peppers, drained and sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
