  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberries, orange juice, zest, honey or maple syrup, garlic, thyme (or rosemary), balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and chicken broth.
