  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, one cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with about 1/4 cup of filling and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with leftover mozzarella.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
