  • 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooked chicken sausage or turkey pepperoni (about 8 ounces)
  • Sliced black olives
  • Chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • Baby spinach
